Mr. ` <br />Schill indicated that the white letters are going to match Michael's and Dick's Sporting Goods <br />white letters as well. Mr. I,iggett suggested changing the field color to match the striping and <br />then your white letters would jump out at you and maybe you could present a base down <br />below of solid and then take this across here. Then you are tying BuffRock 1919 in with Cort's <br />Furniture. <br />T. Liggett made a motion to accept the Dick's Sporting Goods / Cort Furniture 4700 Great <br />Northern Blvd. their proposal, which consists of renovating the former Giant Eagle building on <br />Great Northern Blvd, to accommodate Dick's Sporting Goods store and Cort Furniture. With <br />the following recoinmendations, create some type of landscaping beds or areas within the <br />sidewalk to soften up the fagade. Cort Furniture needs to incorporate some of the banding <br />color into their sign area and possibilities that the accent color.be more of a band on the base of <br />the two piers and all the other parking landscaping will be addressed when they deal with the <br />rest of strip centers that come in. The motion was seconded by B. Zergott and unanimously <br />approved. Motion cariā¢ied. Note: A landscaping plan is to be sent to Mr. Zergott for <br />approval. <br />VI.
