renovation, demolition or construction plans that fall within an historic district or are <br />proposed to be completed on.an historic site, or to an historic building. a <br />6.03 Upon review by the Commission, and with said approval, the Commission shall <br />issue a Certificate of Appropriateness for the proposed project, provided said project <br />complies with those requirements and recommendations set forth by the <br />Commission. <br />Section VII: Goais <br />7.01 The goals of the Commission shall be: <br />• Identify and provide services to the local schools when appropriate, <br />a Re-institution of the Landmark plaque program, <br />• Establish a database of the holdings of the Commission, including, but not <br />limited to, Ohio Historic Inventory (OHI) properties, National Register ? <br />listings, "plaqued" properties and vault and file contents, <br />• Review identifications of the Ohio Historic Inventory and provide, when <br />necessary, letters to OHI property owners explaining what OHI is and provide <br />materials for property owners to use when property is to be sold, <br />• Establish and mainta.in a professionalliaison relationship with the Board of <br />Zoning Appeals and the Building and Zoning Department. <br />Sectaon VIII: Plaque Guidelines <br />8.01 Plaques: Eligibility for a landmark plaque designation shall be determined <br />using the following standards: <br />?
