ROLL CALL: <br />Chairman Lang called the meeting to order at 7:45 PM. <br />PRESENT: Chairman, Lang, board Members, K. O'Rourke, P. Barker, G. Corell, <br />B. Lord, C. Miller and L. VanAuken. <br />ALSO PRESENT: Clerk of Commissions, D. Rote. <br />ABSENT: Board Members, M. Gareau Jr. And A. Smeraldi. <br />R. REVIEW AND CORRECTION OF MINUTES: <br />The Landmarks minutes dated March 13, 2000 have been submitted for approval. <br />Mrs. Lord indicated that she was not present at the March 13, 2000 "nor" was Mr. <br />Gareau Jr. So the minutes would need to be corrected. <br />C. Miller motioned to approve the minutes of March 13, 2000 once corrected. <br />The motion was seconded by P. Barker and unanimously approved. <br />III. COMMUNICATIONS: No Items. <br />IV. CONIlVIITTEE REPORTS: No Items. <br />V. NEW BUSINES S : <br />At this point in the meeting Chairman Lang indicated that he would address Mr. & <br />Mrs. Wolf s request first as they were present. <br />1. Discussion of Park-n-Ride and the Stone House. <br />Mr. Lang indicated that the Stone house at 4302 Porter Road had been sold. <br />Mr. Corell indicated that he spoke to the contractor and he would like to <br />restore the home as best he could. The owners did not like the addition and <br />the home showed signs of fire damage. Mr. Barker questioned if Mr. Corell <br />met the new owner Mr. Kraley and informed him about Landmarks. Mr. Lang <br />suggested that he would contact Mr. Kraley and discuss Landmarks and the <br />home being in the historical district. He would also let him know that <br />Landmarks would help him any way they could. Mrs. Lord suggested that the <br />last owners never lived in the house. <br />Mr. Lang commented that he was not sure if RTA purchased all the land for <br />the park-n-ride. One of the homes is a historical home and he thought that if
