0 . t
3) Garv Cammuso; 6097 5tafford Dr.
Permit applied for: fence. Resident has existing 4ft. chain link fence, posts spaces at
10 ft. Wishes to remove chain link fabric and use existing posts as basic framework
for a wood fence, which requires 8ft. spacing on posts. Section 1369.04 (a)
"Specifications for wood fences" requires fence post spacing of 8ft., 6ft. fences
require 3 rails.
Chairman Puzzitiello called all interested parties forward to review the request. Mr.
Engoglia reviewed that he visited the site and reviewed the request. He personally
felt that 6 to 9 inches would be that big of a deal. He spoke to the owner and the
owner has indicated that he would remove the old posts and install new wooden
posts. Mr. Klesta indicated that he would not have a problem with the request as
long as wooden posts are used. Mr. Rymarczyk questioned if the applicant would
be running 10 foot centers. Mr. Cammuso suggested that Mr. Puzzitiello measured
the distances between each pole and some are only 8foot 6inches and some 9 foot
set. The poles that have to be placed along the new area will be placed at 8foot, as
code requires. Mr. Puzzitiello believed that the applicant only had two wholes that
would be placed at lOfoot. No further comments were made.
R. Klesta motioned to grant Gary Cammuso of 6097 Stafford Dr. his request for a
fence. Resident has existing 4ft. chain link fence, posts spaces at 10 ft.
