The entrance <br />directly behind the light in the street will be closed off because they think it is dangerous and they don't <br />need it. All of the requested variances toniaht are derived from the existing building location. Mr. <br />Maloney questioned if the location of the handicapped parking is giving people a hard time getting into <br />the bank. Mr. Vandegrift indicated that he would take that into consideration. Mr. Koberna cominented <br />that he does his banking there and has never really seen any problems with the parking. Mr. Lantz <br />indicated that the parking agreement they have is four spaces in the parking lot to the rear of them. They <br />are cleaning up a lot and the trash bin will be placed in an enclosed area next to the bank instead of <br />floating around the rear parking lot. <br />J. Konold motioned to grant Charter One Bank of 25290 Lorain Rd. their request for variance (1123.12). <br />Which consists of an addition to the existinj building and that the following variances be granted: <br />1. A special permit to add to a non-conforming buildina (1165.02). <br />2. A 24 foot variance for building front yard setback, (code requires 75 ft. applicant shows 51 ft.), <br />section (1139.07). <br />3. A 7 foot variance for building side yard setback, (code requires 10 ft, applicant shows 3 ft.), section <br />(1139.01). <br />4. A 15 foot variance for building rear yard setback, (code requires 25 ft, applicant shows 10 ft), section <br />(1139.07). <br />5. An 8 foot variance for building drive front yard setback, (code requires 20 ft, applicant shows 12 ft), <br />section (1139.07). <br />6. An 8 foot variance for building parking side yard setback, (code requiresl0 ft, applicant shows 2 ft), <br />section (1139.07). <br />7. A 6 foot variance for building drive rear yard sethack, (code requires 10 ft, applicant shows 4 ft), <br />section (1139.07). Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section, (1139.07) and (1139.01). The <br />motion was seconded by T. Koberna and unanimously approved. Variances #1-7 Granted 5/3/01. <br />IV. NEW BUSINESS: <br />V.
