ir <br />supposed to be 90 dearees from the street right of way, but again from the site restraints they couldn't get <br />it. Mr. Kremzar questioned if trucks would be doing any delivering. Mr. Riiel explained that this is a <br />doctor's office and semis will probably not be making deliveries here. The only truck that will be pulling <br />in is the garbage truck and that is only once a week. Mr. Konold questioned if the Fire Department had <br />any problems with them working around the hydrant. Mr. Riiel replied no, they haven't been out. Mr. <br />Maloney indicated that Mr. Riiel has done a lot of work on this project and he has a nice plan laid out <br />here. Mr. Riiel thanked him for the compliment. Mr. Kremzar questioned which variances would need to <br />be changed. Mr. Maloney replied that number 3 should be changed from 10 ft. variance in front yard <br />setback to 6 ft. and number 6, where it reads 90 feet should read 90 degrees. <br />W. Kremzar motioned to grant Lorain Point Building (Dr. Waghray) of 24693 Lorain Rd. their request <br />for variance (1123.12). Which consists of building and parking lot expansion and that the following <br />variances be granted: <br />l. A special permit to add to a non-conforming building, (1165.02). <br />2. A 17 foot 6 inch variance for front yard setback of building, (code requires 75' applicant shows <br />576"), section (1139.07). <br />3. A 6 foot variance for front yard setback of parking/drive, (code requires 20', applicant shows 14'), <br />section 1139.07. <br />4. An 8 foot variance for side yard setback of parking, (code requires 10', applicant shows 2'), section <br />1139.07. <br />5. A variance for not having a 25 foot radius at apron, section (1161.10 (b)). <br />6. A variance not to be 90 degrees to street right of way at apron, section (1161.10 (b)). Which is in <br />violation of Ord. 90-125 sections, 1165.02, 1139.07 and 1161.10 b. The motion was seconded by J. <br />Konold and unanimously approved. Vaa-iances Granted 5/3/01. <br />7. Cort Furnitureo 4698 Great Northern Blvd. <br />Request for variance (1123.12). The proposal consists of erecting a temporary tent from June 4 until <br />June 11, 2001. The followine, variance is requested: <br />A 15 car parking variance for temporary reduction in number of parking stalls required, section (1161.05 <br />(W)). Note: Balance of documentation must be submitted to the Building Dept. prior to final approval. <br />Chairman IVlaloney called all interested parties forward to review the proposal. The oath was <br />administered to Mike Cristino, a manager, and John Valley, also a manager, who came forward to review <br />the proposal. 1VIr. Maloney commented that they want to have a tent sale. Mr. Cristino indicated that he <br />was correct. Mr. Maloney indicated that they did the right thing coming through the City for the <br />application for this tent. He then announced that he had no problems with granting this variance. The <br />other board members agreed. <br />J. Konold motioned to grant Cort Furniture of 4698 Grreat Northern Blvd. their request for variance <br />(1123.12).
