Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section, 1135.02-C-3, and 1161.11-A. <br />Chairman 1Vlaloney called a11 interested parties forward to review their request. Mr. Kraley; the owner <br />came forward to be sworn in and review his request. Mr. Kraley indicated that the home was purchased a <br />yeax ago and he would like to add a two-car garage/hobby shop on his lot. He indicated that there is a <br />two-cax garage attached to the home now, however the angle is such that it can not be properly used. Mr. <br />Maloney indicated that he would like to see the apron and sidewalk along Porter Road paved. Mr. Konold <br />questioned if the driveway would be gravel to the garage. Mr. Kraley indicated that there would be stone. <br />J: Maloney motioned to grant William Kraley of 4302 Porter Road his request for variance (1123.12), <br />which consists of a detached garage and that the following variances be granted. This will include that the <br />driveway apron to the sidewalk will be paved with either blaclctop or cement and the sidewalk maintained <br />so that it dresses up the entrance to the property. <br />1) A 350 sq. ft. variance for a detaehed garage (code permits 750 sq. ft., applicant shows 1,100 sq. ft.), <br />section (1135.02, C, 3). <br />2) A driveway variance for hard surface drive to new garage (code requires hard surface, applicant show <br />slag), section (1161.11 A). <br />Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section, 1135.02-C-3, and 1161.11-A. The motion was seconded by <br />J. Konold and unanimously approved.. Variances Granted <br />3) Paul Ka1i1; 26007 Bvron Dr. <br />Request for variance (1123.12). The proposal consists of adding a 3=season room to reax of dwelling. <br />The following variance is requested: <br />1) A 15 ft. variance for required rear yard setback (code requires 50 ft., applicant shows 35 ft.). , <br />Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section, 1135.08 A. <br />Chairman Maloney called all interested parties forward to review their request. Mr. Kalil; the owner came <br />forward to be sworn in and address his request. Mr. Ka1i1 indicated that his wife is handi cap and would be <br />able to enjoy the back of the home more if the porch was enclosed. No further comments were made. <br />J. Konold motioned to grant Paul Ka1i1 of 26007 Byron Drive his request for variance (1123.12), which <br />consists of adding a 3-season room to rear of the dwelling and that the following variance be granted: <br />1) A 15 ft. variance for required rear yard setback (code requires 50 ft., applicant shows 35 ft.). <br />Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section, 1135.08 A. The motion was seconded by T. Koberna and <br />unanimously approved. Variance Granted <br />4) Anthonv & Misti Mancuso• 27260 Butternut Ridge Rd <br />Request for variance (1123.12). The proposal consists of building a shed. The following variance is <br />requested: <br />1) A 5 ft. variance for rear lot line set back (code requires 10 ft., applicant shows 5 ft.). <br />Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section, 1135.02 D-4. <br />Chauman Maloney called all interested parties forward to review their request. Mr. Mancuso; the owner <br />and Mrs. Rice, a neighbor each came forward to be sworn in and review the request. Mr. Mancuso <br />indicated that he went to Landmarks Commission and voiced that they would like to see the shed in the <br />west corner of the lot. There will be a 5-foot space between the shed side lot line and rear yard line. If it <br />is moved inward trees will have to be removed. 1VIs. Rice voiced that she was not bothered by the <br />proposal. <br />T. Kelly motioned to grant Anthony & Misti Mancuso of 27260 Butternut Ridge Road their request for <br />variance (1123.12), which consists of building a shed and that the following variance be granted: <br />1) A 5 ft. variance for rear lot line set back (code requires 10 ft., applicant shows 5 ft.). <br />1) <br />1)
