Konold motioned to grant Lube Stop of 28401 Lorain Road their request for variance (1123.12), which <br />consists of lot size reduction, and that the following variances be granted: <br />1). A variance for reduction of lot size (code requires 40,000 sq. ft., applicant shows 14,824 sq. ft.), <br />section (1139.06). <br />2). A 10 ft. variance for parking/drive rear yard setback (code requires 10 ft., applicant shows 0), section <br />(1139.07 chart). Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section, 1139.06 and 1139.07. The motion was <br />seconded by T. Kelly and unanimously approved. Variance Granted. <br />9) Macaroni Grill} 25001Countrv Club Blvd.: <br />Request for variance (1123.12). The Proposal consists of installing a canopy sign. <br />The following variance is requested: <br />1) A 75 square foot variance for excess allowable square footage of signage on a building, (code permits <br />83.3 sq.ft. applicant shows 158.3 sq.ft.) <br />Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section, (1163.24 (b)). Note: Applieant is showing an additional 6.7 <br />square foot for a new canopy sign adding to the 151.6 sq.ft of wall sign currently installed and previously <br />approved by the Board of Zoning Appeals on 6/2/92. <br />Chairman 1Vlaloney called all interested parties forward to review their request. Mr. Holsman: with Sign <br />Light came forward to be sworn in and review the request. Mr. Holsman indicated that the owners now <br />offer takeout and they would like to have the sign for informational purposes. No further comments were <br />made. <br />T.
