, Y ? J. Konold motioned to grant Lube Stop of 28401 Lorain Road their request for variance (1123.12), which consists of lot size reduction, and that the following variances be granted: 1). A variance for reduction of lot size (code requires 40,000 sq. ft., applicant shows 14,824 sq. ft.), section (1139.06). 2). A 10 ft. variance for parking/drive rear yard setback (code requires 10 ft., applicant shows 0), section (1139.07 chart). Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section, 1139.06 and 1139.07. The motion was seconded by T. Kelly and unanimously approved. Variance Granted. 9) Macaroni Grill} 25001Countrv Club Blvd.: Request for variance (1123.12). The Proposal consists of installing a canopy sign. The following variance is requested: 1) A 75 square foot variance for excess allowable square footage of signage on a building, (code permits 83.3 sq.ft. applicant shows 158.3 sq.ft.) Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section, (1163.24 (b)). Note: Applieant is showing an additional 6.7 square foot for a new canopy sign adding to the 151.6 sq.ft of wall sign currently installed and previously approved by the Board of Zoning Appeals on 6/2/92. Chairman 1Vlaloney called all interested parties forward to review their request. Mr. Holsman: with Sign Light came forward to be sworn in and review the request. Mr. Holsman indicated that the owners now offer takeout and they would like to have the sign for informational purposes. No further comments were made. T. The following variance is requested: 1) A 10 foot variance for placing two (2) 32 square foot temporary signs next to each other, (code requires 10 ft. applicant shows 0 ft.). Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section, (1163.33).
