?.. ? <br />2. Konrad Mader; 28813 OrinDr. " <br />Request for variance (1123.12). The proposal consists of a room addition off rear of house and <br />adding to front of attached garage. The following variances are requested: <br />1) A 22.5 ft. variance for rear yard required setback (code requires 50 ft., applicant shows 27.5 ft.), <br />section (1135.08 A). <br />2) A 4 ft. variance for front yard required setback (code requires 50 ft., applicant shows 46 ft.), <br />section (1135.06 A). <br />Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section, 1135.08 A and 1135.06 A. <br />Chairman Maloney called all interested parties forward to review the request. The oath was <br />administered to Konrad and Barbara Mader, the owners, who came forward to review the request. <br />Mr. Maloney indicated that they needed a 22.5 ft. variance for the rear yard and a 4 ft. variance in the <br />front yard for this room addition. Mr. Mader commented that the room is in the back and a garage in <br />the front. Mr. Maloney indicated that he noticed the driveway is going down and they are going to <br />have to do some repairing there. Mr. Kremzar questioned if the tree stump would come out. Mrs. <br />Mader replied that they had planned on removing it. The board had no further comments or <br />questions. Mr. Maloney called for a motion. <br />T. Koberna motioned to grant Konrad Mader of 28813 Oring Dr. his request for variance 1123.12. <br />Which consists of a room addition and adding to front of attached garage and that the following <br />variances be granted: <br />1) A 22.5 ft. variance for rear yard required setback (code requires 50 ft., applicant shows 27.5 ft.), <br />section (1135.08 A). <br />2) A 4 ft. variance for front yard required setback (code requires 50 ft., applicant shows 46 ft.), <br />section (1135.06 A). <br />Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section, 1135.08 A and 1135.06 A. The motion was seconded <br />by W. Kremzar and was unanimously approved. Granted 11/1/O1. <br />3. Vincent Bianchi; 4383 Brendan Ln. <br />Request for variance (1123.12). The proposal consists of building a shed. The following variance is <br />requested: <br />1) A 34 sq. ft. variance for exceeding 2% of rear yard (code permits 62 sq. ft., applicant shows 96 <br />sq. ft.), section (1135.02 D-1). <br />Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section, 1135.02 D-1. <br />Chairman Maloney called all interested parties forward to review the request. The oath was <br />administered to Vincent Bianchi, the owner, who came forward to review the request. Mr. Maloney <br />indicated that he needed a shed for storage and a 34 ft. variance for exceeding the 2% of rear yard <br />coverage. Mr. Bianchi replied that is exactly what he needs. Mr. Maloney made the comment that he <br />had no problem granting this. The other board members agreed. Mr. Maloney called for a motion. <br />J. Konold motioned to grant Vincent Bianchi of 4383 Brendan Ln. his request for variance 1123.12. <br />Which consists of building a shed and that the following variance be granted: <br />1) A 34 sq. ft. variance for exceeding 2% of rear yard (code permits 62 sq. ft., applicant shows 96 <br />sq. ft.), section (1135.02 D-1). <br />Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section, 1135.02 D-1.
