ti <br />A 3 foot variance for front yard setback, ( code reguires SOft., applicant shows 47ft.). <br />Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section 1135.06 (a). <br />Chairman Maloney called all interested parties forward to review the request. The oath was administered <br />to Jane Ositkowski, the owner, and Larry VVagner, with Wagner Home Improvement. Mr. Wagner <br />indicated that they were adding a deck to the front walkway. They will incorporate landscaping along <br />with this deck. The board had no problems. Mr. Maloney called for a motion. <br />W. Kremzar motioned to grant Jane Ositkowski of 5092 Andrus Ave. her request for variance 1123.12. <br />Which consists of adding a deck to the front entrance and that the following variance be granted: <br />A 3 foot variance for front yard setback, ( code requires SOft., applicant shows 47ft.). <br />Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section 1135.06 (a). The motion was seconded by T. Kelly and <br />unanimously approved. Variance Gratnted 9/6/01. <br />3. Paul & Elaine Muskin; 26949 Sudburv Dr. <br />Request for variance (1123.12). The proposal consists of building a shed. <br />The following variances are requested: <br />l. A 4 foot variance for side lot line setback, (code requires Sft, applicant shows lft), section 1135.02 <br />(4). <br />2. A 9 foot variance for rear yard setback, ( code requires lOft, applicant shows lft.), section 1135.02 <br />(4). <br />3. A 20 square foot variance for exeeeding allowable 2% of back yard, (code permits 100sqft, applicant <br />shows 120sqft), section 1135.02 (1). <br />Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 sections; 1135.02 (4) and 1135.02 (1). <br />Mr. Maloney called all interested parties forward to review the request. As the owners were not present, <br />Mr. Maloney indicated that this case would be called again at the end of the meeting. <br />4. Robert & Velta Sanborn: 24297 Woodmere Drive: <br />Request for variance (1123.12). The proposal consists of a three season room added to existing home. <br />The following variance is requested: <br />A 4 foot variance for rear yard setback, (code requires SOft., applicant shows 46ft.). <br />Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section 1135.08. <br />Chairman 1Vlaloney called all interested parties forward to review the request. The oath was administered <br />to David Brown, the contractor from Champion Window Company. Mr. Maloney questioned if he would <br />explain to the board what he is proposing. Mr. Brown indicated that there is an existing deck that <br />extends beyond the variance that they are asking for. It extends 12 feet off the house and they are taking <br />out that deck and matching the projection which is 12 feet off the house. Mr. Kremzar questioned if it <br />was going to be 12' x 19'. Mr. Brown replied correct. Mr. Maloney questioned if they were going to put <br />a deck on the back of the three season room. Mr. Brown replied no, the existing deck is coming out and <br />the addition will take its place. `I'he total projection off the house will be 12 feet. The board had no <br />further questions or problems. Mr. Maloney called for a motion. <br />T. Kelly motioned to grant Robert Sanborn of 24297 Woodmere Dr. his request for variance 1123.12. <br />Which consists of a three season room and that the following variance be granted: <br />A 4 foot variance for rear yard setback, (code requires SOft., applicant shows 46ft.). <br />Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section 1135.08. The motion was seconded by W. Kreinzar anci <br />unanimously approved. Variance Granted 9/6/01. <br />2
