Mr. <br />Conway suggested that he could contact the City forces on the after hour trucks and the Building <br />Department would relate with the County Health Department for the garbage issue. Mr. Janoch indicated <br />that they also have a dead tree that is on the edge of their property and it is falling toward his house. Mr. <br />Conway indicated that the Clerk will note that and let Dave Wendell, the City forester, who will come out <br />and look at it. Mr. Janoch thanked them for their time. Mr. Maloney called for a motion. <br />W. Kremzar motioned to grant Rini Rego Sparkle of 23100 Lorain Rd. their request for variance <br />(1123.12). Which consists of a sign package and that the following variances be granted: <br />1) A 2 ft. variance for height of sign (wall) (code permits 4 ft., applicant shows 6 ft.), section (1163.2 <br />C). <br />2) A 20 sq. ft. variance for wall sign face area (code permits 100 sq. ft., applicant shows 120 sq. ft.), <br />section (1163.27 C). <br />Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section, 1163.2-C, and 1163.27-C. The motion was seconded by J. <br />Konold and was unanimously approved. Variances Granted 6/7/01. <br />5. Margaret 'I'arr-Smith; 28114 VVisteria I?ro <br />Request for variance (1123.12). The proposal consists of adding a three season room. <br />The following variances are requested: <br />1) A special permit to add to a non conforming building (1165.02). <br />3) A 21.5 ft. variance for required rear yard setback (code requires 50 ft., applicant shows 28.5 ft.), <br />section (1135.08). <br />Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section, (1165.02), and (1135.08). <br />Chairman Maloney called all interested parties forward to review the request. The oath was administered <br />to Margaret Tarr-Smith, the owner, who came forward to review the proposal. Mr. Maloney indicated <br />that he had no problem with this proposal. Mr. Maloney called for a motion. <br />J. Konold motioned to grant Margaret Tarr-Smith of 28114 Wisteria Dr. her request for variance <br />(1123.12). Which consists of adding a three season room and the following variances be granted: <br />1) A special perinit to add to a non conforming building (1165.02). <br />2) A 21.5 ft. variance for required rear yard setback (code requires 50 ft., applicant shows 28.5 ft.), <br />section (1135.08). <br />Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section, (1165.02), and (1135.08).
