A variance to alter (place insert) a non-conforming ground sign (code requires <br />coinpliance, applicant does not comply), section (1163.10-C). <br />Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section, 1163.10-C. <br />Note: 1163.10-C: Any non-conforming sign for a property of premises that undergoes a <br />chanae of use, as that term is defined in this zoning code, shall be brought into <br />compliance with all provisions of this chapter and all other city laws and ordinances. <br />1139.01: Change of use. Went from cellular/pager retail to food services. <br />Chairman Maloney called all interested parties forward to review the request. The oath <br />was administered to Mr. & Mrs. Bencivengo, the owners who came forward to review <br />the request. Mr. Maloney indicated that considering the location of the sign and they are <br />only replacing a panel he has no objections to the request. Mr. Koberna agreed and <br />questioned why they even had to coine before the board for things like this. <br />T.
