The proposal consists of a multi-phase, multi-tenant office warehouse facility to match the current facility on the adjoining lot. Note: Planning Commission heard this proposal4/25/00. Board of Zoning Appeals granted variances 5/4/00. Note: Planning Commission gave a favorable recommendation to the Board of Zoning Appeals on 2/13/01, returned to Planning Commission 3/13/01. Board of Zoning Appeals granted variances on 3/1/01.
