PLANIVING COMMISSION INDEX 2001 <br />Proposal consists of adding a Sunroom/Storage to the existing structure. <br />Note: Planning Commission heard this proposal4/25/00 & 3/27/01. <br />Board of Zoning Appeals granted variances 5/4/00. Architectural Review <br />Board reviewed this proposal4/18/O1. Tabled 4/24/01 <br />Benita Waghrav Trust Lot Assembly Plat• 24693 Lorain Road and 24707 Lorain <br />Road: The proposed consolidation of Permanent parcel numbers: 239-08-006 and <br />236-08-007 at 24693 and 24707 Lorain Road. The building on 24707 has been <br />reinoved and the parlcing lot for 24693 will be expanded onto this adjacent lot <br />Both lots are zoned General Retail Business. The office building addition at <br />24693 Lorain was on the March 13, 2001 agenda and approved subject to several <br />conditions. One of the conditions was the consolidation of the two parcels. <br />Motion Carried 4/24/01 <br />May 9, 2001 <br />Tops Markets; 26666 Brookparlc Rd. Ext. <br />Proposal consists of removing the existing Ames store (104,330 sq. ft.) for new <br />Tops Market & retail buildings (77,920 sq. ft.). NO QUORUM 5/9/01 <br />Braulio Roldan (Roldan's Car Service); 23055 Lorain Rd. <br />Proposal consists of adding a Sunroom/Storage to the existing structure. NO QUORUM 5/9/01 <br />MAY 22, 2001 <br />Lorain Point Building; 24693 Lorain Rd. <br />The proposal consists of an addition to existing office building. <br />Note: Planning Commission reviewed this proposal on 3/13/01 and 4/24/01 at <br />which time lot consolidation was approved.
