ROLL CALL: <br />Chairman R. Tallon called the meeting to order at 7:45pm. <br />PRESENT: Chairman, R. Tallon, Board members; K. O'Rourke, W. Spalding, R. Koeth, T. <br />Hreha and C. Allan. <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Engineer; P, Deichmann, Asst. Law Director; J. Dubelko and Asst. <br />Clerk of Commissions; S. Solomon. <br />ABSENT: Board members; S. Asseff. <br />II. The Alvs Rav LeBlanc Trust & Felicitas Oldack Lots Split & Assemblv Plat <br />The proposal is to split off a small ("splinter") portion of permanent parcel #234-15-013 and join <br />it to permanent parcel 9234-15-011 which is adjacent. Location is the southeast corner of Lorain <br />& Barton Roads. Zoning is Retail Business, General Entirely and neither parcel does (by <br />proposal or as is currently platted), conform to frontage and area requirements of the zoning <br />code. <br />Chairman Tallon questioned if anyone was present to review this proposal. Felicitas Oldack <br />indicated that she was present for this proposal. Mr. Tallon questioned which partwas being <br />added to permanent parcel #234-15-011. Mr. Deichmann replied that there is a small strip at the <br />rear of the corner parcel about 5 feet wide and 46.74 feet long which will be split ofF from the <br />parcel that fronts only on Lorain Rd. and add it to the corner parcel. 1Vks. Oldack commented <br />that she owns the custard stand and this is behind it. Her neighbor owns that 5 foot strip and she <br />would like to add it to the custard stand parcel to make it longer. Right now that 5 feet of land <br />divides her properties. Mr. Tallon questioned if the small strip of land was being given to the <br />custard stand parcel. Mr. Deichmann replied yes. Mr. Tallon questioned if anyone in the <br />audience had any further questions about this proposal. Nobody came forward. <br />R. Tallon motioned to approve the Alys Ray LeBlanc Trust & Felicitas Oldack Lot Split & <br />Assembly Plat.
