ROLL CALL: <br />Chairman R. Tallon called the meeting to order at 7:3 Spm. <br />PRESENT: Chairman, R. Tallon, Board members; K. O'Rourke; W. Spalding, S. Asseff, and C. <br />All an. <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Engineer; P. Deichmann and Asst. Clerk of Commissions; S. Solomon. <br />ABSENT: Board members; T. Hreha and R. Koeth. <br />II. REVIEW AND COR_RECTION OF MINUTES: <br />The Planning Coinmission minutes dated September 11, 2001 have been submitted for approval. <br />R. Tallon motioned to approve the September 11, 2001 Planning Commission minutes as <br />submitted. C: Allan seconded the motion. Roll call on the motion; R. Tallon, C. Allan, S. Asseff <br />and W. Spalding; yes, K. O'Rourke; abstain. Minutes approved. <br />III. BUILDING DEPARTMENT REQUESTS: <br />IV. NEW DEVELQPMENTS AND SUBDIVISIONS: <br />1. Lot Consolidation Plat for James A. and Susan B. Gearhart, 29150 Quail Run: <br />The proposed lot consolidation of permanent parcel numbers 233-25-031 (29150 Quail Run), <br />233-23-063 (Corona Road), 233-23-064 (Corona Road) and 233-23-065 (Corona Road). <br />Permanent Parcel Numbers 233-25-031 is zoned "B" Residential, Single. The three lots on <br />Corona Road are zoned "C": Residential, Single. <br />Chairman Tallon questioned if anyone was present for this proposal. Mr. Gearhart raised his <br />hand and stayed seated in the audience. The board reviewed the lot consolidation site plans. Mr. <br />Tallon questioned what the purpose of the consolidation was. Mr. Gearhart indicated that they <br />wanted to put up a. garden shed on the three lots that abut Corona, and they were told they could <br />not do it unless the lots were consolidated. Mrs. O'Rourke questioned what they were used for <br />currently. Mr. Gearhart replied that they were just wooded lots. Mr. Tallon questioned what the <br />frontage would be if these were consolidated. Mr. Deichmann indicated that the frontage is still <br />on Quail Run. Mr. Tallon questioned if the Corona Road par-cel would be a rear lot. Mr. <br />Deichmann replied right, actually Corona is not a dedicated street. If Corona were ever <br />developed this would be a through lot. Mr. Spaldinc, questioned if that meant they would have <br />frontage on both streets. 1V1r. Deichmann replied yes. Mr. Tallon invited anyone with questions <br />froin the audience forward at this time. Nobody came forward. <br />R. Tallon motioned to approve the lot consolidation plat for James A. and Susan B. Gearhart of <br />29150 Quail Run as submitted. W. Spalding seconded the motion and was unanimously <br />approved. Approved.
