ROLL CALL: <br />Chairman, Tallon called the meeting to order at, 7:45pm. <br />PRESENT: Chairman, R. Tallon, Board members, K. O'Rourke, W. Spalding, T. Hreha and S. <br />Asseff. <br />ALSO PRESENT: Assistant Law Director; J. Dubelko, Asst. Building Commissioner; T. <br />Ryinarczyk, City Engineer; P. Deichmann and Asst. Clerk of Commissions; S. Solomon. <br />ABSENT: Board members; R. Koeth and C. Allan. <br />II. REVIEW AND CORRECTION OF MTN-[JTES: The Planning Commission minutes of June 26, <br />2001 and July 10, 2001 have been submitted for approval. <br />R. Tallon motioned to accept the Planning Commission minutes dated June 26, 2001 as written. <br />The motion was seconded by T. Hreha and unarumously approved. <br />Mr. Tallon questioned if there were any additions or corrections to the July 10, 2001 minutes. <br />Mrs. O'Rourke indicated that she would like to see Mr. Grendal's name spelled correctly. It came <br />up spelled Rendal throughout the minutes. Mr. Tallon noted the correction and moved to adopt <br />the minutes as corrected. The motion was seconded by K. O'Rourke and unanimously approved. <br />Chairman Tallon announced that he would be changing the order in which the proposals would be <br />heard. He stated that he would be addressing New Developments and Subdivisions first. <br />III. BUILDING DEPARTMENT REQUESTS: <br />l. Hennie Homes Inc.; 264-07-025 (Cook Rd.) <br />Proposal consists of condominiums, 40 duplex buildings - 80 units. <br />Note: This proposal is contingent upon fina] zoning approval. Planning Commission tabled this <br />proposal 6/12/01. The applicant requested to be tabled at the 6/26/01 Planning Commission <br />meeting. Planning Commission heard this case again on 7/10/01 and tabled the proposal for <br />submittal of more detailed site plans. <br />Chairman Tallon called all interested parties forward to review the request. Peter Zwick, the <br />engineer and Iand surveyor, and Fredrick Bougher, their attorney, came forward to review the <br />request. Mr. Zwick indicated that when they were here two weeks ago the Chairman asked them <br />to return with more detailed plans, which have been submitted. The board asked for three things: <br />1) To show the enlarged jasmine unit, which now has slightly more than the minimum required <br />number of square feet per unit. You have floor plans and architectural drawings, which have been <br />submitted. They have revised their landscape and engineering site plans to show the larger units,
