They have shown more than the minimum number of parking <br />spaces similar to the sketch they worked out at the last meeting. So, with that they are here for <br />approval. Mrs. O'Rourke questioned what the sguare footage was for the jasmine plans with the <br />optional sunroom. W. Zwick indicated it would be 1,502 sq. ft. Mrs. O'Rourke questioned what <br />they were without the sunroom. Mr. Rymarczyk indicated that it would be 1,310 sq. ft. without <br />the sunroom. Mr. Tallon questioned if they noted the number of parking spaces on the drawings. <br />Mr. Zwick replied yes, there are twenty-one guest parking spaces and sixteen is the minimum <br />requirement. Mr. Tallon replied yes, but did you note it on the drawings. 1VIr. Zwick replied that <br />he believed he did, but after searchina he indicated that he didn't see where it was noted on the <br />blueprints. He had a color drawing in which the spaces were noted and suggested giving it to the <br />Planning Commission. iVlr. Tallon commented that he would note them on his blueprints for the <br />Building Department. IVIr. Tallon questioned if the board or audience members had any further <br />comments or questions. <br />R. Tallon motioned to approve Hennie Homes of 264-07-025 (Cook Rd.) which consists of <br />condominiums, 40 duplex buildings - 80 units. The prints are dated 7/13/01 with the inclusion of <br />21 guest parking spaces noted on the print. The motion was seconded by W. Spalding and <br />unanimously approved. Approved 7/24/01. <br />Mr. Zwick questioned what the next step for them was. Mr. Dubelko indicated that the plans <br />would go on to Board of Zoning and Development. Mr. Zwick questioned how long that would <br />be. Mr. Tallon indicated that Council is on vacation, so not until September. The proposal still <br />needs final zoning approval aiso. <br />IV. NEW DEVELOPMEN'I'S AND SUBDIVISIONS: <br />1. El Rodeo Mexican Restaurant: 23125 Lorain Rd. <br />Consolidation Plat - One of the conditions of approval by the Planning Commission for this new <br />restaurant was that the three lots occupied by the restaurant be consolidated. <br />Chairinan Tallon called all interested parties forward to review the request. Craig Dixon, the <br />architect for El Rodeo, came forward to review the request. Mr. Tallon indicated that one of the <br />conditions this board made for this proposal was that the three lots be consolidated. He <br />questioned if the board members or audience members had any questions or comments for this <br />proposal. Nobody came forward. <br />R. Tallon motioned to approve the consolidation plat for El Rodeo 1Vlexican Restaurant of 23125 <br />Lorain Rd. The motion was seconded by S. Asseff and was unanimously approved.
