Tallon motioned to table Tops Markets of 26666 Brookpark Rd. until <br />further notice from the applicants. The motion was seconded by W. Spalding <br />and unanimously approved. I'Viotion Carried. <br />4. AutoZone Development• 28535 Lorain Rd. <br />The proposal consists of constructing a 6,094 square foot building and site <br />improvements for the retail sale of auto parts. Planning Commission referred <br />this proposal 3/13/01 with the following comments 1) There needs to be a <br />light (wall washer) over the rear exit door to illuminate the sidewalk. 2) The <br />light poles in the parking lot be an overall height of no more than 20 feet and <br />the bulbs be brought down to 250 watts instead of the proposed 400 watts. 3) <br />Include photo-metrics Lo show Iight flow. 4) Board would like comments <br />about what the Architectural Review Board thinks about moundina and <br />evergreen trees to protect residential homes from the AutoZone lights. Note: <br />Architectural Review Board reviewed this proposal 4/4/01. <br /> <br />IV. NEW DEVELOPMENTS AND SUBDMSIONS: <br />V. CONIMUNICA'I'IONS: <br />Ordinance No. 2001-47 <br />An ordinance providing for the amendment of the zone map of the City of <br />North Olmsted by zoning the hereinafter described parcel of real property <br />located on the south side of Crook Road and east of Bronson Road, formerly <br />within Ohnsted Township, to single family cluster district. <br />Mr. Tallon read allowed the ordinance and indicated that the Planning <br />Commission was responsible for the ordinance and had no objections to the <br />zoning. No further comments were made. <br />R. Tallon inotioned to approve Ordinance No. 2001-47 an ordinance providing <br />for the amendment of the zone map of the City of North Ohnsted by zoiung the <br />hereinafter described parcel of real property located on the south side of <br />Crook Road and east of Bronson Road, fonnerly within Olmsted Township, to <br />single family cluster district.
