<br />?4 <br />R. Tallon motioned to approve Lighthouse Pools of 25601 Lorain Road, which consists of an <br />addition to the existing building. With the following comments: 1, The west driveway will be <br />moved east 52 feet from Bailey Road right-of-way. 2, The parking spaces directly east of the <br />existing driveway will be landbanked and landscaped. The motion was seconded by S. Asseff <br />and unanimously approved. li'Iotion Carried. <br />R. Tallon motioned to recommend that the 28-foot variance needed for the overhang be granted <br />as it was recommended by the Architectural Review Board and approved by the Planning <br />Commission. Therefore, the Planning Commission would like the Board of Zoning Appeals to <br />grant the additional variance now required. The motion was seconded by K. O'Rourke and <br />unanimously approved. 1VIotion Carried. <br />N. NEW DEVELOPMENTS AND SUBDIVISIONS: <br />V. COMMUNICATIONS: <br />Chairman Tallon announced that at the next regularly scheduled meeting the board would discuss <br />orduiance 2001-47. Aii ordinance rezoning property located on.the south side of Crook Road and east of <br />Bronson Road formerly of Olmsted Township to single family cluster district. <br />VI.
