Tallon motioned that Willow Woods Preliminary Plat to rezone pernlanent parcel No. 264-07-025 <br />located south of Cook Road and east of Bronson Road, into single family cluster entirely to <br />accommodate the proposed subdivision as noted under item l. This recommendation to City Council <br />and is based on favorable recommendations from Engineering, Building, Safety and Law Departments. <br />The motion was seconded by K. O'Rourke and Unanimously approved. Motion Cari-ied. <br />R. Tallon motioned to approve the proposal as submitted conceptual plans for cluster homes dated <br />December 2000 subject to the rezoning. The inotion was seconded by C. Allan and Unanimously <br />approved. 1VIotion Carried. <br />2. Cinnamon Lake Subdivision; Rezoning Request. <br />The proposal is to Re-Zone pertnanent parcel No. 264-07-025, located south off Cook Road and east <br />of Bronson Road, to B-Residence, Single entirely, to accommodate the proposed subdivision (as noted <br />ui item 1, this agenda). Planning Commission tabled this proposal October 24, November 14 and 28, <br />2000. , <br />The applicant withdrew their request for Cinnamon Lake Subdivision rezoning as it was no longer <br />needed. <br />V. COMMUNICATIONS: <br />R. Koeth motioned to keep the Chairma.n and Vice Chairman and Secretary in place. The motion was <br />seconded by R. Tallon and Unanimously approved. <br />VI.
