REVIEW AND CORRECTION OF MINUTES:
The Architectural Review Board minutes for June 20, 2001 have been submitted for approval.
Chairman Zergott indicated that for the North Olmsted Golf Association proposal, he meant to
question if it was the same architect that developed the original landscape plan that developed this
new plan. Mr. Yager wanted the last line before the motion for El Rodeo proposal to read, "Mr.
I'ager indicated that the board wanted the dumpster area fenced in". There are extra words in the
current sentence that makes it a little confusing.
B. Zergott motioned to accept the minutes of June 20, 2001 as amended. The motion was
seconded by J. Nadar. Roll call on the motion: T. Liggett; abstain. B. Zergott, J. Nadar, K. Schulz
and M. Yager; "yes".
III. SIGNS:
IV. OLD BUSINESS:
V. . Mr.
Yager questioned_ how it could be more accessible when there are more stairs everywhere. Ms.
Schulz questioned if there was an A.D.A. ramp. Mr. Liggett explained how the floor plan worked
with the elevator that brings you up to the level. Mr. Deichmann suggested that there would be a
ramp instead of stairs to get down to the terrace seating and the terrace will be adjusted so it is the
same elevation as the lower level interior seating. Mr. Yager questioned if there was a
handicapped restroom in there anywhere. Mr. Deichmann replied yes, the toilet room addition.
Mr. Yager questioned if that was already done. Mr. Liggett indicated that was done via minor
change, which didn't make him happy. He questioned if there was an elevation site plan for the
north face of the proposal. Mr. Deichmann replied "no". Basically all that is seen over there is the
gazebo, so it is obviously very similar to what is shown. Mrs. Nadar indicated that this already
exists. Mr. Liggett suggested that the reason he asked was because he wanted to see how the
