Yager motioned to accept AutoZone of 28535 Lorain Rd. with the following conditions: 1) On the physical building that the split face block, the color block be actual integral colors and not paints. 2) The doors that appear red should be changed to one of the gray colors on the building. 3) The dumpster on the site plan should be moved back and not as visible. 4) The mound should be larger and more extensive and the pines on it be Austrian pine or Norway spruce and not Hemlocks. 5) Add two trees in the front of the building on Lorain Rd. and three along the side lot that is closest to the building. Those trees should be seedless ash. 6) Landscaping plan should be revised per the sketch on L1.0 dated April 4, 2001. B. Zergott seconded the motion and was unanimously approved.
