Water Tower Square. Mr. Yager pointed out they are not showing a service door on the side. It is Lshown on the elevation though. He said they require that of every applicant. Mr. Khouri asked if they could camouflage it with trees. Mr. Yager said it could not be camouflaged that well. They will have a lot easier time rotating the building than looking at other alternatives. B. Zergott made a motion to table Linder & Associates (Water Tower Square), 4998 Dover Center Road, until they get a good proposal. They will set a special meeting to accommodate the applicant's schedule. The motion was seconded by J. Nader and unanimously approved. The board and applicants discussed a possible date for the special meeting. It was determined they would meet on July 31St. Mr. Conway asked if the Planning Commission wants the applicant to return. Mrs. Kilbane indicated the applicant is scheduled to appear before the Planning Commission on Tuesday, July 23`d. Mr. Yager said if the applicant can come up with something between now and then that can be faxed to him, they can go to Planning. It gives them a more aggressive time frame. The clerk reminded the applicant they are scheduled for the upcoming Planning Commission meeting and no further notices will be sent out. Mr. Conway pointed out he did not realize that Mr. Liggett had resigned from the board. He said he had sent some minor changes to Mr. Liggett and did not get a response back. He needs someone to send minor changes to regarding building exteriors. Mr. Yager indicated he will take over the ininor changes. Mr. Zergott asked if they will try to get another architect on the board. The clerk indicated she will check with the Mayor's office on the status of replacing Mr. Liggett. VI.
