A variance for a sign on the gas pump canopy (code does not permit, applicant shows 1), section <br />(1163.25). <br />Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 sections (1163.27 (a)), and (1163.25). <br />Chairman Maloney called all interested parties forward to review the request. Mr. Reiman, the <br />Attorney, and Mr. Flury with JGD Associates, came forward to be sworn in and address the request. <br />Mr. Reiman indicated that the three signs would be an entrance sign, a car wash sign and a shell sign <br />on the canopy. Mr. Rymarczyk indicated that the applicant's drawings reflect S-signs. Mr. Reiman <br />believed that only 4-signs are needed. Mr. Rymarczyk indicated that there is the Shell sign on the <br />ump, and three (3) additional building wall signs. The building is allowed t andEntethe <br />P <br />show a total of 5-signs. The motion was <br />seconded by J. Maloney and unanimously approved. Variances Gxanted. <br />18. Linder & Associates (Water Tower Square)4958 Dover Center Rd.(WRD-1) <br />Request for variance (1123.12). The proposal consists of a new office buildmg. <br />The following variances are requested: <br />1. A 25 foot variance for front yard setback of building (code requires 75.ft., applicant shows 50 ft.). <br />2. A 10 foot variance for rear yard setliack of building (code requires 25 ft., applicants shows 15 ft.) <br />3. A 7 foot variance for rear yard setback of parking (code requires 10 ft., applicant shows 3 ft.) <br />Which is in yiolation of Ord. 90-125 section (1139.07) <br />Chairman Maloney called all interested parties forward to review the request. Mr. Khouri, <br />Representing the Owners, and Mr. Davison, the Architect, came forward to be sworn in and address <br />the request. Mr. Davison indicated that the owners would like to build a 6, 090 square foot building. <br />There will be 25-foot landscaping beds along Dover Center Drive. There are cross easements that <br />will be drawn up and submitted to the Law Department for review. Mr. Maloney questioned if there <br />would be adequate .parking for the new building.
