J. Maloney motioned to table Phil Mertz of 4537 Gladland until meeting next. The motion was <br />seconded by W. Kremzar and unanimously approved. itequest Tabled. <br />Robert Frindt4084 Clague Rd. (WRI)-2) Request for variance (1123.12). The proposal consists of an addition to main dwellinD. <br />The following variance is requested: <br />1. A 3 1/2 foot variance for detached garage too close to dwelling (code requires 15 feet, applicant <br />shows 11.5 ft.) <br />Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section (1135.02 (c)(2)). <br />Chairman Maloney called all interested parties forward to review the request. Mr. Frindt the owner <br />came forward to be sworn in and address his request. Mr. Frindt would like to have a family room <br />added to his existing home. His family has grown to include grandchildren and he would like to be <br />able to have the family visit and be comfortable. The variance is required because there is less than <br />15-feet between the existing Darage and the proposed addition. Mr. Maloney questioned if the <br />applicant understand a firewall will be required. Mr. Frindt indicated that he would use the firewall <br />that is required. Mr. Rymarczyk indicated that the only part that would need the 5/8-firewall board is <br />anything within the 15-foot area. <br />W. Kremzar motioned to grant Robert Frindt of 4084 Clague Road his request for variance (1123.12), <br />which consists of an addition to main dwelling and that the following variance is granted: <br />A 3 1/2 foot variance for detached garage too close to dwelling (code requires 15 feet, applicant <br />shows 11.5 ft.). Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section (1135.02 (c)(2)). Firewalls must be <br />used in the area that will be within the 15-foot area. The motion was seconded by J. Maloney and <br />unanimously approved. Variance Granted. <br />7. Julie Nagv' 24334 Woodmere Dr. (WRD-2) <br />Request for variance (1123.12). The proposal consists -of erecting a storage shed and putting up a <br />fence. <br />The following variances are requested: <br />1. A 16 square foot variance for a shed larger than code permits (code permits 64 sq. ft., applicant <br />shows 80 sq. ft.), section (1135.02 (d)(1)). <br />2. A 12-foot variance for an accessory structure within a neighbors 50 ft. setback on a corner lot <br />(code requires 50 ft., applicant shows 38 ft.), section (1135.02 (d)(5)). <br />3. A 4 foot variance for a fence higher than 30 inches and less than 50% open within a neighbors 50 <br />ft. setback on a corner lot (code requires 50 ft., applicant shows 46 ft.), section (1135.02 (f)(2)). <br />4. An 18 inch variance for a fence higher than 30 inches in a required setback on a corner lot (code <br />permits 30 inches, applicant shows 48 inches), section (1135.02 (fl(2)). <br />5. A variance for a fence less than 50% open in a required setback on a corner lot (code requires 50% <br />open, applicant shows less than 50% open), section (1135.02 (f)(2)). <br />Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section (1135.02 (d)(1)), (1135.02 (d)(5)), and (1135.02 (f)(2)). <br />Chairman Maloney called all interested parties forward to review the request. Mrs. Nagy came <br />forward to be sworn in and address the request. Mrs. Nagy suggested that she had two issues one is <br />for a shed and one for a fence. The proposed white vinyl fence will just be replacing the existing <br />£ence and the rear portion of fence will be 6-feet high. The shed is to be placed next to the garage. <br />The cement slab will allow an additional car to be parked in the driveway. The shed will be an 8' x <br />10' shed. The shed will be to store garden tools. <br />W. Kremzar motioned to grant Julie Nagy of 24334 Woodmere Drive her request for variance <br />(1123.12), which consists of erecting a storage shed, putting up a fence and that the following <br />variances are granted:
