7. Cin„gular Wireless; 25907 Great Northern Shonping Center• (WRD 4) Request for variance (1123.12). The proposal consists of installing a wall sign. The following variance is requested: 1. A 46.2 square fovt variance for wall sign larger than the building frontage allows (code permits 38 square feet, applicant shows 84.2 square feet), section (1163.24 (c)). Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section (1163.24 (c)). Chairman Maloney ca,lled all interested parkies forward to review their request. Mr. Sidlo, with Boyer Signs came forward to be sworn in and address the request. Mr. Sidlo indicated that there is a sign in place now and the hardship is for the design of the logo. The cade only allvws 38- squaxe feet. Because of the descended letter (g) and the ascended letter (L) in tha sign the square footage calculates larger. Cort Furniture- 4698 Crreat Northern Blvd.: (WiZD 4) Request far variance (1123.12). The proposal consists of erecting a temporary tent. The following variance is requested: 1. A variance for 15 car parking reduction, seetian (1161.05 (w)). Whi.ch is in violation of Ord. 90-I25 section (1161.05 (w)). Chairman Maloney called all interested parties forward to review their request. After a period of time waiting for a representative to come forward Mr. Rymarczyk questioned if the board could address the proposal. Assistant Law Director, Mr. O'Malley indicated that there was no reason they couldn't. Mr. Rymarczyk reviewed that the applicant wanted a temporary tent for two separate weekends, which will cause the 15 parking space reduction. Mr. Maloney questioned what dates the variances wauld be needed. W. Krem2aar motioned to grant Cort Furniture of 4698 Great Northern Blvd, their request for variance (1123.12), which consists of erecting a temporary tent and that the following variance is granted as amended: 1. A variance for 15 car parking reduetion, which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section (1151.05 (w)) from 6/3/02 through 6/10/02 then again on 9/9/02 through 9/16/02. The motion was seconded by J.
