Chairman Maloney called all interested parties forward to review the request. Mr. Don Sheets came <br />forward to be sworn in. He explained he is on a corner lot and he comes off at an angle. He added that the <br />properties around him all have 6' fences. Mr. Maloney questioned if he had spoken to his neighbors and <br />Mr. Sheets indicated he had. Mrs. Sergi asked if he would be leaving the grass on the outside of the fence. <br />Mr. Sheet;> said it would be left as it is. Mr. Sheets added they will be putting in a swimming pool as well. <br />W. Krerrzar motioned to grant Don & Shirley Sheets, of 5641 Columbia Rd., their request for variance <br />(1123.12) which consists of a fence and that the following variance be granted; 1). A 47 1/2 foot variance <br />for erectirig a fence in a neiahbors 50' front setback (code permits 0, applicant shows 47 1/2'), section <br />(1135.02 (f)(2)). Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section (1135.02 (f)(2)). The motion was seconded <br />by N. Ser€;i and unanimously approved. Variance Granted. <br />4. Jane A1an• 4054 Canterburv Rd_; <br />Request for variance (1123.12). The proposal consists of a shed. <br />The following variance is requested: <br />1. A] 7.1 square foot variance for a shed which exceeds allowable size (code permits 102.9 square feet, <br />applicant shows 120 square feet), section (1135.02 (d)(1)). <br />Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section (1135.02 (d)(1)). <br />Chairman Maloney called all interested parties forward to review the request. Ms. Jeanne Alan and her <br />neighbors, Don and Betty Jenkins, came forward to be sworn in. Mr. Maloney pointed out that Ms. Alan <br />wants to put a shed in the backyard. He added she will be removing a couple of trees. He commented the <br />shed is 10' by 12', or 120 square feet. He said she is 25' off the rear property line and 5' off the side. Mr. <br />Jenkins as:ked what the shed will be used for. Ms. Alan indicated it will be for lawn equipment. Mr. Jenkins <br />indicated they have no objections; they just wanted confirmation on the use of the shed. <br />W. Krem2:ar motioned to grant Jane Alan, of 4054 Canterbury Rd., her request for variance (1123.12) <br />which consists of a shed and that the following variance be aranted; 1). A 17.1 square foot variance for a <br />shed which exceeds allowable size (code permits 102.9 square feet, applicant shows 120 square feet), <br />section (1135.02 (d)(1)). Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section (1135.02 (d)(1)). The motion was <br />seconded by N. Sergi and unanimously approved. Variance Granted. <br />5. Michael Hauff; 25234 Sunset Oval: <br />Request for variance (1123.12). The proposal consists of a shed. <br />The following variance is requested: <br />l. Mr. Hauff said he has nothing there now and he needs it for lawn equipment. <br />J. A 40 square foot variance for a <br />shed biggE:r than ordinances allow (code permits 200 square feet, applicant shows 240 square feet), section <br />(1135.02 (d)(1)). Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section (1135.02 (d)(1)). The motion was seconded <br />by T. Kell;y and unanimously approved. Variance Granted. <br />6.
