Note: Planning Commission reviewed this proposal on 9/10/02 and referred the proposal to the Board of Zoning Appeals and Architectural Review Board at their 9/24/02 meeting. Board of Zoning Appeals amended and approved the variances requested on 10/3/02. The Architectural Review Board required major changes 10-20-02.
