However, it is within the right of the Board to anticipate issues that will be <br />placed on upcoming agendas and schedule matters accordingly. Perhaps since Berg Carwash has <br />withdrawn for the past two months in a row the Board could invite them to return at a later date. <br />It is up to the Board as to how they would like to address both of these issues, which are quite <br />extensive. 1VIr. Maloney indicated that January is the Boards vacation month and as so much as <br />Berg Carwash has withdrawn twice now the Board will request that they return at a later date. <br />J. Maloney motions to postpone Berg Carwash of 4700 Clague Road for a minimum of 4- <br />months or March 4, 2004 meeting. W. Kremzar seconeied the motion, which was <br />unanimously approved. Request Tabled until March 2004. Mr. O'Malley questioned if the <br />Chairman chose March to make sure Berg Carwash would be returning when the docket is not <br />so full. Mr. Maloney answered that was his reason for the March date. <br />V.
