A 13.5 foot variance for rear yard requirements (code requires 50 ft., applicant shows 36.5 ft.). <br />Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section (1135.08 (a)). . <br />Chairman Maloney called all interested parties forward to review their request. Ms. Alicea and Mr. <br />Cooper the owners came forward to be sworn in and address the request. 1VIr. Cooper indicated that <br />they would like to have a family room added to the rear of their home. Mrs. Sergi questioned if the <br />existing sunroom would be removed. Mr. Konold questioned when the sunroom would be removed. <br />Mr. Cooper reviewed that the sunroom would be removed when the existing roof is replaced in the <br />spring of next year. Mr. Maloney questioned when the new addition would be started. 1VIr. Cooper <br />suggested that he would like to start it by the end of the month. Mr. Maloney questioned if within one <br />year would be enough time to have the sunroom removed. J. Konold seconded the motion, which <br />was unanimously appa-oved. Variance Granted . <br />3. Patrick & Louise Conrnors, 4565 Brendan Lane, W1gD 2: <br />Request for variance (1123.12). The proposal consists of a new addition. <br />The following variances are requested: <br />A special permit to add to a non-conforming building (1165.02). <br />1. A 7-foot variance-for rear yard requirements (code requires 50 ft., applicant shows 43 ft.). <br />Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 sections (1165.02), and (1135.08 (a)). <br />4 <br />Chairman Maloney called all interested parties forward to review their request. Mr. & Mrs. Connors the <br />owners each came forward to be sworn in and address the request. Mrs. Connors indicated that they <br />would like to add an addition to the kitchen. Mrs. Sergi questioned if the pool and play-set would <br />remain in- place or moved. 1VIr.. Connors indicated that the play-set would be moved to accommodate <br />the addition. The board asked if there would be gutters on the addition. The board voiced that their <br />packet did not include the dimensions of the addition. Discussion as to what .the dimensions of the <br />addition would be took place. Mr. Rymarczyk found a plan with the dimensions for the board to <br />review. Mr. ]Kremzar questioned if there vvould be gutters on the addition. The Connors indicated that <br />there would be gutters on the addition. J.
