The proposal consists of new privacy screen <br />The following variance is requested: <br />1. A 4 foot variance for installing fence in side yard of corner lot, (code requires 20', <br />applicant shows 16'). <br />Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section (1135.02 (fl). <br />Chairman Maloney called all interested parties forward to review the request. Mr. & Mrs. Cox <br />the owners and Mr. Ramsey, with the fencing company each came forward to be sworn in and <br />address the request. Mr. Cox indicated that his doctor prescribe him a water therapy spa. <br />They need the fence for privacy and would like to extend the distance of their request from 4- <br />foot to 14-feet due to a resent theft that took place in their backyard. As things were stolen <br />they would like to extend the fence to the rear property line, the fence would be placed 6-feet <br />in from the sidewalk to the rear property line. Mr. Rymarczyk informed the applicant that the <br />recently pored slab would require a permit as well. Mr. Cog voiced that he was not aware that <br />the contractor did not receive a permit before constructing the cement slab and he would be in <br />to obtain the required permit. <br />W. Kremzar motioned to grant Steve & Debbie Cog of 28063 Andorra Drive their <br />request for variance (1123.12). Which consists of a privacy fence and that the following <br />variance is granted as amended; <br />1. A 14-foot variance for installing fence in side yard of corner lot, (code requires 201, <br />applicant shows 6'), also this fence will egtend to the rear property line. Which is in <br />violation of Ord. 90-125 section (1135.02 (f)). T. Kelley seconded the motion, which was <br />unanimously approved. Variance Granted. <br />3). Rodgers/Gareau; 6021 Barton Road: WRD 3 <br />Request for variance (1123.12). The proposal consists of a storage shed. <br />The following variance is requested: <br />1. A variance for erecting a shed prior to construction of a dwelling (lots are not <br />combined). Section (1135.02) <br />2. A 3 foot variance for shed height, (code permits 12', applicant shows 15'), section <br />(1135.02 (D) (3)). <br />3. A 200 square foot variance shed, (code permits 200 sq ft, applicant shows 400 sq ft), <br />section (1135.02 (D) (1)). <br />Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 sections; (1135.02 (D) (1), (3)). <br />Chairman Maloney called all interested parties forward to review the request.
