2. A 3 foot variance for shed height, (code permits 12', applicant shows 151), section <br />(1135.02 (D) (3)). <br />3. A 200 square foot variance shed, (code permits 200 sq ft, applacant shows 400 sq ft), <br />section (1135.02 (D) (1)). <br />Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 sections; (1135.02 (D) (1), (3)). The exasting shed is to <br />be removed and the new shed vvill be at least 5-feet from the front yard line and 25-feet in <br />froan the sideyarcl line. W. Kremzar seconded the motion, which as unanimously <br />approved. Variance Granted. Note: In the framing of the motion there was a lengthy <br />discussion regarding the placement of the shed. After the framing of the motion further <br />discussion took place regarding were the shed would be placed. Mr. Maloney felt that the <br />applicant was trying to work with the neighbors and further discussion would not benefit or <br />help anyone involved and called for a vote. <br />4). Fred Becka; 28204 Gardenia Drive: WRD 1 <br />Request for variance (1123.12). The proposal consists of a new storage shed. <br />The following variance is requested: <br />1. A 22 square foot variance for exceeding rear yard coverage, (code permits 98 sq. ft, <br />applicant shows 120 sq. ft). <br />Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section (1135.02 (d) (1)). <br />Chairman Maloney called all interested parties forward to review the request. Ms. Becka the <br />owners daughter came forward to be sworn in and address the request. Mr. Maloney indicated <br />that each board member received a copy of Mr. Becka's letter explaining his absence and his <br />request for the shed as well as what the shed would store. As the board members had no <br />questions the chairman called for a motion. <br />W. Kremzar motioned to grant Fred Becka of 28204 Gardenia Drive his request for <br />variance (1123.12). Whfch consists of a new storage sheci and that the following variance <br />is granted; <br />A 22 square foot variance for exceeding rear yard coverage, (code permits 98 sq. ft, <br />applicant shovys 120 sq. ft). Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section (1135.02 (d) (1)). <br />T. Kelley seconded the motion, which was unanianously approved. Variance Granted <br />5). Itobert & Marvlou Bentz; 27110 Newton Circle: WRD 1 <br />Request for variance (1123.12). The proposal consists of a new 27' x 18'-8 addition. The <br />following variance are requested: <br />A special permit to add to a non-conforming building (1165.02). <br />1. A 12 foot 7 inch variance for rear yard setback (code requires 50', applicant shows 37'- <br />5"), section (1135.02 (A)). <br />2. A 52.5 square foot variance for existing shed (code permits 73.5 sq. ft, applicant shows <br />126 sq. ft), section (1135.02 0 (1)). <br />Note: Older existing 3 season room = no record of a permit found. <br />Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 sections (1135.02 (A)) &(1135.02 C) (1)). <br />Chairman Maloney called all interested parties forward to review the request. Mrs. Bentz the <br />owner, Mr. Meszes, the builder and the following neighbors W. Pulice and Mr. Blake each <br />came forward to be sworn in and address request. Mrs. Bentz indicated that her husband is <br />getting ready to retire and would like to have a wood shop on the new garage. Mr. <br />Rymarczyk questioned what the overall size of the garage would be once the addition is <br />completed. Mr. Mezes indicated that the garage will be one thousand ninety two square feet <br />4
