Mr. Rymarczyk indicated that an additional variance would be required for <br />exceeding 750 square feet for a garage. They would need a 368 square foot variance for square <br />footage, code allows 750 sq. ft. and the applicant shows 1118 sq. ft. <br />J. Mr. Horvath, the <br />contractor came forward to be sworn in and address the request. Mr. Horvath indicated he <br />was hired to construct a 12' x 20' sunroom or 3-season room on the back of the existing home. <br />It will not be heated and will be placed on a concrete slab.
