Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section (1139.05). <br />Note: Parking variances may be required! <br />Chairman Maloney called all interested parties forward to review the request. Mr. Agliata, <br />with Westfield and Mr. Mcintosh also with Westfield mall each came forward to be sworn in <br />and address the request. IVIr. Aglaata indicated that they have an opportunity to bring in <br />Galyan's to North Olmsted, which is a high-end sporting goods store. They are currently <br />building a Galyan's on the East Side of Cleveland. Mr. Kremzar questioned the other <br />structures shown on the plans. Mr. O'Malley reviewed that the Planning Commission <br />requested that the mall not only show their intention for Galyan's, but also show any future <br />development plans that may take place as well. This would keep the applicants from <br />continuously returning piecing their project together. 10'Ir. Agliata reviewed possible future <br />changes that could take place is the mall once it is totally built out. However, at this time the <br />mall is only addressing Galyan's store and outer buildings 1, 2, and 3, which will require a <br />.9% variance. Mr. O'Malley indicated that it should be clear that the .9% include only out <br />buildings 1, 2, 3, and Galyan's. <br />7
