A 178 square foot variance for exceeding rear yard coverage for accessory structures, (code permits <br />1170 sq. ft., applicant shows 1348 sq. ft.). <br />Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section (1135.02 (d)(2)). <br />Chairman Maloney called all interested parties forward. Mr. Sanders came forward to be sworn in and <br />address the request. Mr. Sanders showed the board members pictures of his yard. He pointed out the pool <br />would go behind the garage and it would leave him plenty of room. He is off the property lines by 10 feet. <br />Mrs. Sergi said the way the drawing is done you can't really tell how the pool will fit. She said the photos <br />give a better idea of where the pool will go and you will not be able to see it from the road. She added <br />that there is enough room offthe side lots. <br />N.
