A 3 foot 4 inch variance for new accessory storage building (height) (code permits 12' ht., <br />applicant shows 15' 4"), section (1135.02 (d) (3)). <br />Note: The 2 existing sheds (10'x12' and.12'x12') in rear yard are to be removed within 30 days <br />of completion of the new 30x50 accessory storage building. <br />Which is in violatiom of Ord. 90-125 sections (1135.02 (d) (1)), and (1135.02 (d) (3)). J. Konold <br />seconded the motion which was unanimously approved. Variances Granted <br />2). I)onald Janos, 23460 Stonevbrook Drive - WARI) 2: <br />'Request for variance (1123.12). The proposal consists of a new deck along side of pool. <br />The following variance is requested: <br />1. A 19 square foot variance for new deck in rear yard (code requires 537 sq. ft., applicant shows <br />556 sq. ft.). <br />Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section (1135.02 (d)(2)). <br />Vice Chairman Kremzar called all interested parties forward to review their request. Mr. Janos <br />the owner came forward to be sworn in and review his proposal. Mr. Janos voiced that he would <br />like to place a deck on the side of the pool and questioned if the steps were part of the total <br />calculations. Mr. laymarczyk reminded the applicant that he had been informed that the stairs <br />were part of the total calculations. J. Konold motioned to grant I)onald Janos of 23460 Stoneybrook I)rive his request for <br />variance (1183.12). The proposal consists of a new deck along side of pool. <br />The following variance is requested: <br />1. A 19 square foot variance for new deck in rear yard (code requires 537 sq. ft., <br />applicant shows 556 sq. ft.). Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 seetion (1135.02 (d)(2)). The proposal consists of parking and signage. <br />The following variances are requested: <br />1. A 10 foot variance for rear yard set back for parking (code requires 15 ft., applicant shows 5 ft.), <br />section (1139.07) table. <br />2. A 5 foot variance for west side yard set back for parking (code requires 1.0 ft., applicant shows 5 <br />ft), section (1139.07) table. <br />3. A 5 foot variance for east side yard set back for parking (code requires 10 ft., applicant shows 5 <br />ft.), section (1139.07) table. <br />4. A variance for two additional ground signs (code permits 1, applicant shows 3), section <br />(1163.26 (a)). <br />5.
