Rymarczyk voiced that he would like a few minutes to <br />review the newly submitted plans before the board moved forward to make sure the variances <br />needed had not changed. Mr. George reviewed that the Planning Commission requested that the <br />dumpster be moved into space 933. The board members voiced that the plans they received in their <br />packets were inadequate and the plans received tonight do not show any of the measurements. Mr. <br />Konold questioned if the parkina would be adequate. Mr. Krernzar questioned if the clerk had <br />received the report from fire chief. The clerk reviewed that she had not received the fire report but <br />expected to have it soon. IVIr. Kremzar asked the applicant to review each variance requested. <br />1VYr. 1Vlargulies reviewed the rear and sideyard variances required. When discussion regarding <br />sians arose there were many questions regarding the size of the ground sign and whether or not the <br />two directional signs were included in the total square footage. Discussion regarding three ground <br />signs within the triangle took place. It was decided that Variance request number 6 would be <br />withdrawn by the applicants. The applicants also agreed to move the main ground sign out of the <br />triangle. Board members voiced their concerns about not having the safety report. Board members <br />felt that the directional signs were needed due to the traffic issues near the site. Mr. O'1Vlalley <br />reviewed for the board members that the applicant was suggesting that the expansion of the rear <br />parking lot is to accommodate the fire departments trucks. The board can make their approval <br />contingent upon the removal of the boats, trailers, and the safety report. IVIps. Sergi requested to <br />see the plans for the directional signs and voiced that their dimension should be made part of the <br />motion. Mr. Ryanarczyk indicated that the building department had no issues with the sideyard and <br />rear yard request and the directional signs are needed. <br />W.
