Mr. Conway commented that the fire department is pushing for freedom of access more and more. <br />Mrs. Nader mentioned that at the last ineeting they talked about putting up an awning or something a bit <br />more colorful. Mr. Berneburg said that Auto Zone does not have another store like this proposed site. He <br />said this is a unique design and they did take a look at the collision center as requested by the board. Mr. <br />Yager said the peak of the building is nice and he is happy with the changes. He believes the applicant <br />addressed the board's comments favorably and have responded to what the board asked for. Mrs. Nader <br />asked if the applicant typically stains concrete in the parking lot, to conceal oil. 1VIr. Berneburg replied <br />they do not. They may put down a sealer, but no stain. <br />M. Yager made a motion to approve the proposal as presented with the condition that the applicant <br />removes the lights fi•om the rear fa?ade. The motion was seconded by J. Nader and unanimously <br />approved. <br />V. NEW BUSINESS: <br />VI.
