Lang <br />mentioned that a representative from that program will be speaking at Olmsted Falls Heritage Days if <br />anyone would like more information on the program. He then restated the board needs to work on <br />outstanding plaques, the application for Certified Local Government, and application for the Heritage <br />Home Loan Program in the near future. Mr. Barker asked if they should set up a committee to get ideas as <br />to what they need to present to Mr. Halleen and company. He thinks the first thing to address is having <br />someone look at the building to see if it's worth moving. Mr. Lang said until such time as Mr. Halleen <br />clears it with the attorney, the board cannot gain entrance to the building. He said he was in it when it was <br />owner occupied. Mr. Barker asked if the city's engineer or building department be qualified to enter. Mr. <br />O'Malley said they might be able to address the structural integrity but they would really need an expert in <br />moving. There was further discussion about the possibility of moving the structure and gaining access to <br />look things over, particularly the basement. <br />VII. OLD BUSINESS: <br />VIII.
