, .
could be placed to Mr. Copeland to put the Heritage Home Loan Program on the agenda. NIr. Lang
mentioned that a representative from that program will be speaking at Olmsted Falls Heritage Days if
anyone would like more information on the program. He then restated the board needs to work on
outstanding plaques, the application for Certified Local Government, and application for the Heritage
Home Loan Program in the near future. Mr. Barker asked if they should set up a committee to get ideas as
to what they need to present to Mr. Halleen and company. He thinks the first thing to address is having
someone look at the building to see if it's worth moving. Mr. Lang said until such time as Mr. Halleen
clears it with the attorney, the board cannot gain entrance to the building. He said he was in it when it was
owner occupied. Mr. Barker asked if the city's engineer or building department be qualified to enter. Mr.
O'Malley said they might be able to address the structural integrity but they would really need an expert in
moving. There was further discussion about the possibility of moving the structure and gaining access to
look things over, particularly the basement.
VII. OLD BUSINESS:
VIII. AI)JOURNMENT: Chairman Lang adjourned the meeting at 9:22 p.m.
??o.?
Annie Kilbane, Assistant Clerk of Commissions
9
