Chairman Koeth agreed and postponed approving the minutes
dated November 9, 2004 until those changes are made.
III. COMMUNICATIONS
IV. OLD BUSINESS
V. NEW BUSINESS
R. Stark, 4474 Porter Road, WRD 2
The proposal is to split Permanent Parcel Number 232-17-012 (approximately 2.3 acres into two
parcels). The south parcel (Parcel A) will be 0.904 acre, and the north parcel (Parcel B) will be
1.352 acres. The location is on the west side of Porter Road and approximately 600 feet south of
Camellia Lane. Zoning is A, Residence, Single. The existing parcel conforms to the area,
frontage and depth requirements of the zonipg code. The proposed parcels will conform to the
area, frontage and depth requirements of the zoning code.
Ms. Wenger indicated that the two resulting lots will both conform to the zoning requirements
for the district. Mr. Durbin indicated the Engineering Department had no objection to the lot
split.
Mr. Stark indicated that the reason for the lot split is that it is increasingly difficult for him to
maintain the entire property. He wishes to split the lot and eventually sell one portion. Scott
McKernan, a neighbor on Andorra Drive, asked if a house is being built on the property.
