<br />S. Hoff-Smith moved to eztend the condiNonal use granted for the existing church to the <br />entire consolidated parcel. M. Yager seconded the moNon, which was unanimously <br />approved. <br />VI. CONIlVIITTEE REPORTS <br />Director Wenger reviewed the November 22nd meeting regarding the Master Plan with the <br />Council Committee-of-the-Whole. She welcomed any additional comments from the Planning <br />Commission and indicated that the Commission would be presented the plan in eazly 2005. <br />Ms. Wenger announced to the Commission that a workshop on design guidelines and streetscape <br />plan is scheduled for Thursday, December 2nd at the North Olmsted Branch Library. The <br />meeting will start at 11:30 a.m. and include members of the business community and retailers in <br />those areas we have identified for streetscape improvement. The meeting will be run by the <br />City's consultant. She invited all members of the Planning Commission to attend. She also <br />asked if the members could forward any additional names of business owners that may be <br />interested in attending. <br />Chairman Koeth asked Ms. Wenger what JEDD means. She said a JEDD is a Joint Economic <br />Development District. She further described how cities and townships enter into JEDD <br />agreements to promote economic development, joint planning, and tax base sharing. <br />VII. LEGISLATION: <br />VIII. ADJOURNMENT• <br />Chairman Koeth motion to adjourn the meeting at 8:37 p.m. and wished everybody a <br />Iiappy Thanksgiving. T.
