Mr. O'Malley
reviewed that the conditional use chapter allows Planning Commission to consider uses which
they feel are appropriate and to make a finding as to whether the permit should be granted and
to make a report to Council. The board asked if there would be activities held for group or is
the intent to just provide an office. Pastor Stenzel indicated that they have been allowing the
group to hold their monthly meetings at the church for about two years. Mr. Yager questioned
if the applicants would require signs to be posted outside to alert the area and traffic that there
is deaf & blind in the area as Clague is a very busy road. The Pastor did not feel signs would
be needed as they meet in the evening hours or on the weekend when traffic is not as heavy.
W.
