N. NEW DEVELOPMENTS AND SUBDIVISIONS: <br />V. COMMUNICATIONS: <br />Planning Commission needs to apmoint a board member to serve on Landmarks <br />Commission: <br />The board cliscussed having a member serve on the Landmarks Commission as required by <br />code. After lengthy discussion as to who would serve on Landmarks Commission Mr. Koeth <br />indicated that he would serve on Landmarks Commission for the Plauning Commission. <br />However he advised that he would need the other commissioners to cover for hvn when he is <br />out of town. Mr. Lasko volunteered to serve as Planning Commission secretary. <br />Discussion on possible rules and regulation for Planning Conamission: <br />Ms. Wenger would like the Planning Commission to review the outdated rules of procediues <br />subinitted to thein and then address them at ne}rt meeting to create an up to date set of <br />procedures. She suggested that the commissioners were welcome to submit suggestions prior <br />to the meeting or just address them at the meetiug. All the board members voiced that they <br />would like the order of applicants to go back to Planning Commission first then Architectural <br />Review Board.lVlr. Hreha reviewed that he attended a Planning Commission meeting outside <br />North Olmsted and they opened the meeting with the Pledge of a Allegiance wluch he would <br />like adopted. Set time limits to anyone speaking and politely remind them not to repeat what <br />has already been said. Ms. Wenger reviewed that she would like to see better tecluiology <br />provided for the meetings. She would like the order of discussion addressed. Have City <br />officials give their report, then applicants, then board comments and then Residents. <br />Orclinance No. 2004-14 <br />An ordiuance providing for the amendment of the zone map of the city of North Olmsted by <br />rezoniug permanent parcel number 231-26-005, 231-26-004, and 231- 26-003, located <br />immediately to the north of the foi7ner Cupacluno's building on the northwest corner of <br />Clague Road and Lorain Road, from one family residence to General Retail Business. <br />Mr. Koeth voiced that Planning Commission already addressed the zoning issue and <br />recommended to couucil that the zoniug be approved. <br />VI.
