<br />3) The colors for awnings and materials and other specifics used to be written on the <br />application form. <br />4) Hire a professional landscaper to provide a more functional landscaping design. <br />Chairman Zergott seconded the motion. Motion passed unanimously. <br />IV. <br />Kennedv Ridge Apartments; 24900 Kennedv Ridge Road <br />Proposal consists of site improvements. <br />Dave Swindell from NRP Contractors LLC and Peggy Brown, the landscape architect came <br />forward and presented drawings that outlined improvements for landscaping, sign lighting, site <br />lighting and a fence. Chairman Zergot had said a nice job had been done on the landscaping. <br />The retaining wa11 on the south side created a three foot cut. <br />They presented a grading plan to the board. A wall was created where it was tight against the <br />patio. Lighting was a main concern. Light poles of 15' and 12' in height are being proposed <br />for lighting up the front entryway. Chairxnan Zergot said what is important is that they deter <br />some of the brightness from the people's property. T. Ryrnarczyk received a call from a <br />homeowner complaining that the taller lights are shining onto their property. P. Brown said <br />they are planning on putting the 10' spruces closer together to help prevent glare onto these <br />properties and to block the line of site to the effective lights. The sign light is to be adjusted <br />so there is no spillage of lighting on the abutting residential property. There is no problem with <br />the fence as shown: <br />J. Nader moved to accept the design as submitted with the following modifications: <br />1) 6' vinyl white fence as submitted with revisions at the southeast corner of property. <br />2) Sign lighting be adjusted or changed so that`it does not shine in neighbors home. <br />3) Spruces installed to shield light from shine in homes. Landscaping approved. <br />Chairman Zergot seconded the motion.
