Crook moved to approve Krispy Kreme Corp. PP# 236-05-018, vvith the following <br />conditions: 1). Raise the rear screen wall from 6-foot to 8-foot or a height to block view of <br />cooler. 2). Trash dumpster enclosure to be constructed out of matching brick not split- <br />faee. 3). Landscaping beds to be added near main entrance. 4). 5 additional crab apple, <br />linden or pear trees be placed along south property line for additional buffering from <br />neighboring building. 5). All brick parapets are to be raised an additional 12 inches. 6). A <br />standard 6" x 18" curb is to be used in lieu of curb and gutter. B.
