? <br />• ,, b <br />2. Richard & Linda I)anchik; 26629 Sweetbriar Drive (WRD 1) <br />A variance for exposed exterior masonry walls, which is in violation of 1305.05 c. Exposed exterior masonry <br />walls shall be faced with brick, stone or other material approved by the Board of Building Code Appeals. <br />Mr. Danchik the owner showed the commissioners blueprints of the addition. Mr. Puzzitiello informed the <br />applicant that the contractor would have to place a cement coat on the blocks. It will also need to be <br />waterproofed which can be done with tar. The blocks will then need to be insulated inside the home. Board <br />members questioned if the rest of the applicant's house and his neighbor's homes were the same. Mr. Danchik <br />showed pictures of neighboring homes, which have the same type walls. No further comments were made. <br />R. Klesta motion to grant Richard Danchik of 2669 Sweetbriar Drive a variance for exposed eztea•ior <br />masonry walls, which is in violation of 1305.05 c. May use brick as long as it is polished and sealed. M. <br />Conway seconded the motion, which was unanimously approved. <br />V. ADJOURNMENT: <br />M. Conway motion to adjourn the meeting. N.
