NEW BUSINESS:
Mr. Matt Dunlap of 26550 Butternut Ridge Road:
Request for certificate of appropriateness to place vinyl siding on existing garage.
Mr. Lang reviewed that although the commissioners discussed allowing Mr. Dunlap to place
vinyl siding on the garage a motion was never made for a Certificate of Appropriateness. The
garage is a non-historical, two-car garage with three sides having different types of siding and he
would like to place vinyl siding on the garage. The board members only concern is that it is
clear that the certificate is for the garage only.
