Sergi moved to grant Rosati's Custard of 26261 Lorain Road their request for variance <br />(1123.12), which consists of installing an exterior cooler on the building with a fence <br />enclosure and that the following variances are granted: <br />A special permit to add to a non-conforming building (1165.02). <br />1. A 42 foot variance for rear yard setback, (code requires 501, applicant shows 8'), section <br />(1139.08 (g)). <br />2. An 8 foot 8 inch variance for side yard setback, (code requires 10', applicant shows 8' 8"), <br />section (1139.07 table). <br />Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 sections, (1165.02), (1139.08 (g)), and (1139.07 table). M. <br />Diver seconded the motion, which was unanimously approved. <br />Mr. Maloney advised that the board needed to review the proposed meeting dates the clerk <br />submitted for the 2005 calendar year and decide whether or not they want to take a month off for <br />vacation. He questioned if the January or February proposed meeting dates would conflict with <br />board members vacations, if not the board usually takes the month of January as vacation. No <br />board members had conflicts with January or February. <br />W. Kremzar moved to take the month of January as vacation and have Thursday, February <br />3, 2005 as their first meeting date in 2005. N. Sergi seconded the motion which was <br />unanimously approved. <br />IV. ADJOURNMENT: <br />J. Maloney moved to adjourn the meeting. M.
