The applicant indicated that he? has purchased a <br />third car and needs an area to store his vehicles and lawn equipment. The proposal consists of a new garage. <br />The following variance is requested: <br />An 18 inch variance for a garage higher than code permits, (code permits 15', and applicant shows <br />16.5'). Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section (1135.02 (2)). <br />Note: Previous request for a 3' variance was denied on 9/9/04. A 5' variance for rear yard <br />setback was approved on 9/9/904. <br />4
